Automatic disc filters

Automate water purification from insoluble mechanical impurities with our automatic disk filters.

Automatic disk filters: reliability and comfort in one device.

Modern water supply requires reliable and convenient solutions to ensure clean and high-quality water in your multi-apartment building, enterprise, factory, workshop, or agricultural enterprise. Our automatic disk filters are high-tech equipment that provides automated water purification without hassle.

An intelligent solution for clean water.

Automatic disk filters: your guarantee of purity.

Automatic disk filters provide you with a unique combination of reliability and automation. They independently monitor contamination on filter elements and regenerate when the specified pressure drop is reached, thereby cleaning the water from impurities and ensuring a stable water supply to your multi-apartment building or enterprise with minimal effort.

Advanced technologies for your comfort.

Automatic disk filters: innovations in providing clean water.

Our automatic disk filters use advanced technologies to guarantee crystal-clear water. You can rely completely on their efficiency and not worry about the quality of the water supply.

Automatic disk filters: a range for everyone.

We offer a variety of models of automatic disk filters to meet the needs of all sectors of production and technical conditions. Regardless of your budget and requirements, we have the perfect solution for you.

Order automatic disk filters from us, and you will receive reliable equipment designed to automate the water purification process. Trust us to provide your home or business with a reliable water supply and the highest level of purity.

The range of automatic backwash disk filters can achieve a capacity of up to 10,000 m3/hour. The filters can operate at a relatively low pressure of 0.5 bar, with a maximum working pressure of 10 bar. The filtering element consists of tightly compressed disks made of durable polymer materials. Grooves of a special shape, depth, and width are applied to the surface of the disks, providing a specific fineness and precision of filtration. The filtration fineness ranges from 5 to 400 microns. When the disks are tightly compressed, a volumetric mesh structure is formed, which serves as the filtering working element. Disk filters are protected by a special casing that is resistant to high pressures and corrosion.

Ideal for water filtration from mechanical impurities in the private sector, industry, agriculture, and the municipal sector. It can be used as the first stage of water purification from mechanical impurities before pressure filters and systems based on baromembrane technologies. They are installed in front of heat exchangers, and cooling towers in the overall circulation cycles of the enterprise.

The principle of operation of disk systems (filtration and backwashing) is as follows:

Filtration: The incoming water enters the disk filter vessels and, after passing through tightly compressed elements, is purified from insoluble impurities in the water.

Backwashing: After receiving a signal from the three-way valve controller, water direction changes alternately in each of the vessels, and the purified water coming from adjacent filters, in the opposite direction, first loosens the disks, and then flushes out the accumulated dirt in each disk packet. After backwashing, the disk block is tightly compressed again, and the vessel returns to water filtration.

Advantages:

 - Increased dirt holding capacity and high productivity.

 - Large filtration area.

 - The filter's service life reaches more than 8 years thanks to a strong polyamide housing reinforced with optical fiber.

 - Deep filtration allows achieving high water purification efficiency.

 - Compact dimensions.

 - *A screw element at the base of each vessel creates a twisting effect - the HELIX technology, "repelling" insoluble particles from the filtering element. This reduces the number of backwashing cycles and, consequently, the volume of backwashing water.
